A Beer Enthusiast's Look At Brewpubs

kiackul359 due to a burgeoning bout of alcoholism, and love of good beer. liquordrums, being of like mind and drunken tendancies, decided it would be a fine idea to aid the cause.
Here's the general idea: we go to brewpubs and micro-breweries and rate the beer, food and swag (merchandise-- e.g.: sweatshirts, t-shirts, pints, etc.) on a scale of 1-5 (one being pisswater/undrinkable, five being quite the lovely pint of beer).
The goal of all this sillyness? To share our love of good beer with those that would care to read, and possibly join us for a pint or two in the future.
There are too many just plain good breweries in the Pacific NW to not do something like this.
Major contributors to the review arekaickul359, liquordrums, trmpt_girl, and occasionally eris_alexis. Between the four of us, the entire gamut of beer is appreciated. Anyone else who has been to one of the fine establishments and would like to add to the review(s) posted is more than welcome to do so in a comment.
